We believe great work should be rewarded. Our technicians earn $48 to $60 per hour ($85k to $114k+ per year), plus super, overtime, tool allowance and a company vehicle. We also offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Current Opportunities
Apprentice Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
What You Will Do:
- Learn to install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems alongside experienced mentors.
- Develop the skills to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues through hands-on, on-site training.
- Assist with minor electrical work as you work toward your formal qualifications and dual-trade competency.
- Learn how to communicate with clients professionally to ensure high-standard results and customer satisfaction.
- Gain experience in maintaining records and understanding how to comply with essential industry and safety regulations.
Air Conditioning Technician, Dual Trade Electrician or Sub Contractor
What You Will Do:
- Install, service and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
- Complete minor electrical work if qualified
- Communicate with clients and deliver high-standard results
- Maintain records and comply with industry regulations
What You Will Need:
- Trade qualification as an Air Conditioning Technician or Electrician
- Minimum 1 year industry experience
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- Reliable, safety-focused and customer-minded
- Ability to work independently and in a team
